We strive to ensure your package arrives on time. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or upon delivery. For any orders placed before 10am PST / 1pm EST, with an overnight or 2nd day delivery method, please note your order will ship the same business day. If your order is placed past this time, it will ship the following business day. For any orders shipping through FedEx Ground, please allow 5-9 business days for your item to ship. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, your order will be shipped the following business day.

Local delivery is offered to Los Angeles residents only within a 25-mile radius from 90014. Orders placed before 10 AM PST will be delivered the same business day. If the order is placed after 10 AM PST, it will be delivered the next business day.

We are happy to provide international shipping to the following countries:

All shipping is provided by DHL Express, and all shipping fees are calculated based on the package size used to fulfill the order, the weight of total items in the order, along with the shipping location.

DUTIES & TAXES – COUNTRY REGULATIONS

Duties and taxes will be charged where applicable and are not refundable.

AUSTRALIA

  • 10% GST on every order
  • Duties, Import fee, and CCF above 1000 AUD
  • Orders below 1000 AUD taxes are paid directly by Managed Markets through Shopify to the local authorities. For orders above 1000 AUD, the courier is responsible to pay the D&T.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • 20% VAT on every order
  • Duties and CCF above 135 GBP
  • Orders below 135 GBP paid directly by Managed Markets through Shopify to the local authorities. For orders above 135 GBP, the courier is responsible to pay the D&T.

EU (ALL EU COUNTRIES)

  • VAT on every order (based on shipping country)
  • Duties above 150 EUR
  • Orders below/equal to 150 EUR paid by Managed Markets through Shopify to the local authorities. Orders above 150 EUR, the courier is responsible to pay the D&T.
